Moonstone International School provides quality early childhood education through its three year old and four year old group International School programs. Our primary focus is the wellbeing of every child. We provide our children the attention they need to grow and develop into happy, healthy people and be confident for school.

Moonstone International school is established by Shiksha Van Evam Jalvayu Parivartan Samvardhan Evam Vikas Samiti on 23rd March 2019 with the aim to provide quality education and the overall development of future generations. The main mission of our school is to create an academic atmosphere in the school and develop the student’s all round personality mentally, socially and spiritually. Our school’s motto is at the heart of who we are, and what we do at our school.

Welcome to the Campus

Moonstone International School, Dharampura, born out of the need felt for a space where learning takes place in a nurturing, holistic, value based and secure environment, started on 01 april 2019. It is carefully designed to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes sound values, self-discipline, motivation and excellence in learning.
We offer our students the best possible opportunities to become confident and prepare them for future challenges. Our superb facilities and dedicated staff will enable us to deliver our programmes in an environment that is friendly to every specific educational need.
Our belief that learning is continuous is reinforced, as is the essential purpose of the school to improve the learning and achievement of the students. Our statement of purpose sets out our commitment to our vision, core values and our educational philosophy, establishes the learning outcomes expected of each student and encourages teachers to continue to innovate and improve on existing methodology, ensuring we keep abreast of contemporary thought and innovation.

Facilities

The school provides facilities and infrastructure that reinforce and promote learning, the hands-on experience for various activities as well as enhance curiosity & imagination in the students.

LIBRARY

The campus lays claim to a well stocked Learning Resource Centre, for children and adults. It subscribes to various magazines & periodicals covering varied topics and stocks CDs/DVDs with subject related content. Teachers use the library to supplement their teaching lessons with facts and references from around the world; parents are welcome to access the resources on parenting and other relevant topics.

SPORTS

At Moonstone international school, sports curriculum is an integral and compulsory part of the education process. Yoga classes are held in a room designed for that purpose.

TRANSPORT

Our school provides safe and reliable bus transportation to students who wish to avail this facility. The school has provided for an attendant on each of the morning and afternoon bus routes, they carry a mobile phone with them and the buses are also equipped with GPS, therefore the safety of the students on the bus is ensured. Buses are also provided with medical kits. In the afternoon, students using the bus are escorted to the buses by teachers on duty, after taking attendance, ensuring no student misses the bus and each student reaches the correct bus, safely.

PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS

As the performing arts & visual arts are an integral aspect of education at school, infrastructural facilities have been designed to ensure effective & impactful delivery of the curriculum in the diverse performing and visual arts.

I Principal of Moonstone International School am extremely proud of the fact that I lead a school which believes in true character building and value based education at a time when people seem to be searching for them everywhere. My teachers stand by the famous line by Richard Bach which goes as "Learning is finding out what we already know. Doing is demonstrating that you know it. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. We are all learners, doers and teachers". Each student in my school is an individual entity and we try our best to accommodate his/her needs and wants. This focus on individuality coupled with the excellent educational environment which gives students the impetus to outshine their contemporaries. The school is committed to personal excellence of each student by imparting holistic activity based quality education, scientifically designed classrooms, enriching the tiny ones with high moral values in a highly competitive learning environment.
